Lesson Payments
- All payments are to be made in advance for the term.
- All payments to be made in cash or cheque to your respective coach before commencing any classes.
- Payments to be enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with student’s name, class time, and day.
- All swim sessions are to be completed within the course of the term they are booked in.
- All private lessons must be confirmed 48 hours minimum in advance by the client.
- There are no term transfers or refunds.
Cancellation of Lessons
- Students wishing to cancel a lesson must do so 24 hours in advance, allowing your coach enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
- If coaching session is cancelled by coach, a make-up day/class/time will be offered for the benefit of the client.
General
- Some images taken of your child over the course of the term may be used for social media marketing.
- swimmidubai.com nor any associated venues will/can be held liable for any personal injuries, damage or loss of equipment or personal belongings occurring to you during a coaching session.
- Coaching will continue throughout the year, including public and Eid holidays, unless notification is received from your coach that there will be no lessons on those days.

- Please complete the attached registration form and hand back to your coach as soon as possible.
- Minimum numbers are required for all summer camps and nursery provision.
- Photograph and video images may be taken by our coaches for social media and marketing purposes. If you do not wish your child to feature in the above footage, please inform your coach on the day they bring their cameras.
