1. Open Water
Open water swimming is a type of swimming practiced in rivers, lakes, and seas. It differs from pool swimming as it requires facing various natural conditions such as currents, waves, and varying temperatures. Open water swimming is a rich and beneficial experience for physical and mental health, enhancing endurance, physical fitness, and contributing to improved mood and reduced stress.

In this section, you will learn:
- Starting: You will start by learning about open water swimming, including its benefits and advantages. You’ll understand how to deal with currents, waves, and varying temperatures.
- Training and Preparations: how to prepare both mentally and physically for open water swimming
- Long-Distance Swimming Training: Learn how to increase your ability to swim for extended periods without stopping.
- Breathing and Endurance Techniques: Master how to control your breathing and effectively distribute your energy.
- Strength and Endurance Training: Work on strengthening your muscles and increasing your physical fitness to withstand challenging conditions.
- Safety in Open Water: You will learn the basics of personal safety and how to stay safe while swimming in open water
- Necessary Equipment: You will become familiar with the essential equipment needed for open water swimming, including (Swim Suits, Swim Goggles and Swim Caps)

2. Water Safty
The Water Safety section aims to teach you how to stay safe in the water, as well as how to save yourself and others in emergency situations. This section includes essential safety techniques and preventive measures that should be followed to ensure a safe swimming experience for everyone.
We believe that water safety is a vital skill every swimmer should possess to enjoy the water in a safe and responsible manner.

In this section, you will learn:
- Treading Water: you will learn how to stand in deep water, which is an important technique to help you stay calm and stable in deep waters.
- How to Save Yourself: self-rescue techniques that enable you to stay safe in emergency situations.
- Saving Others: Water rescue methods and how to assist others safely and pulling people out of the water.
- Using Rescue Tools: How to use rescue tools like floats and rescue ropes.
- Staying Safe in the Water: Preventive measures and safety procedures to ensure your safety while swimming.
- Dealing with Fatigue: Strategies for managing fatigue and staying calm during emergencies.
- Treating Injuries: How to deal with common injuries that may occur while swimming.
- Teaching Children Water Safety: How to teach children the rules of water safety.

3. Breath Control, Endurance, and Underwater Swimming
In this section, we focus on improving endurance and breath control, as well as developing underwater swimming skills. These skills are essential for building swimmers’ strength and their ability to handle diverse water challenges. Through specialized training and advanced techniques, you’ll learn how to enhance your breath efficiency, increase your underwater time, and swim safely and confidently beneath the surface.
